The role of Lois Lane should have gone to Parker Posey. She has more chemistry with Brandon Routh than Bosworth did. I liked that the picked up the franchise where it left off and not start all over again, but if that's true then, why cast someone who looks way too young for the role. Overall, Superman Returns, was a bit of a let-down. Nice to see the franchise reived again. Hopefully, the next one will be a bit better. They disliked it. I liked the action of the airplane scene but really in this day and age of mighty super-villians does Lex Luther even seem a worthy opponent? Was Kate "Lois Lane enough" I'd have to agree and say no. She is pretty but not formidable. The whole love triangle is a weird way to take the story. Where will the sequel go? Was it worth it, not the $40 i spent taking three kids who asked "is it over yet" and jut had to go to the bathroom through the movie. I saw this one too with the boys. They disliked it.
