Okay… I need to know the low down on tthat burger you’ve shown. The presentation is amazing, the topping looks sublime. Prego, MC, Prego!

So… let’s talk brownies…I prefer the additon of walnuts. They taste terrible to me on their own, but are the perfect foil to a too-sweet brownie. I also love the crunch factor they provide.

What a great tradition you have with your sister. How grand is that? My advice is for oyu to keep it up. It will be great for you both, not to mention your culinary talents!

Thanks, court. I was pretty surprised by my own success. I’m notorious for cooking disasters but I guess practice really does make perfect (or at least, something close to it).

Jesus, those brownies looks delicious. I once tried to follow a moist brownie recipe and it came out like really chewy pudding. Perhaps I will try these next time instead. I don’t like my pudding chewy.
