Now That I Have a Degree All I Do is Bake

I felt inspired to bake some cupcakes for no particular reason. I followed a Cherry-Vanilla Cupcake recipe from the Cupcake Bakeshop.

Cherry Filled Cupcake

Instead of using the crisp white icing and a cherry (displayed prettily in Chockylit’s photo), I decided I wanted to add some color. I ended up with icing that looks as though the Easter bunny took a dump on all of my cupcakes.

I know what you’re thinking. I’m in the middle of my Graduate school application as we speak.

    You’re in luck, Croaker, I’m trying to find a safe way to transport something that will keep well (look cookies) so that I can send them off!

    But you know what that means, you’ll have to be extra nice to me.
