I’m not dead! Just disillusioned with the state of the blogosphere. But don’t think I haven’t been reading your blog all this time; I have! Just too lazy to comment. (Still writing at the music blog, though that has been on the fritz the past two months, too, hmm… I seriously need to get my stuff together.)
Also, this is kind of late, but classic movie recommendation: “The Seven Year Itch.” I’ve been on a Marilyn Monroe kick ever since reading Joyce Carol Oates’s “Blonde.”

I hear ya, I feel the same way. I’ve been blogging erratically and can’t really focus anyway.
I was watching “Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore” which is really “classic” – more vintage, I guess? Anyway, I was enjoying but didn’t even finish it yet. Now that’s a lack of inspiration – to not even finish a movie you’re already invested in…
