Making Enchiladas the MC Way
Inspired by an upcoming student event that I couldn’t be present for, I decided to participate by creating a video. By the way, I love the screenshot.
The original recipe calls for shredded chicken but I tweaked it to accommodate a college student’s dorm lifestyle since I believe most dorms don’t have access to a stovetop. Actually, I don’t think they’re allowed to use a toaster oven either but whatever. But this basic recipe can be modified – add leftover white rice or veggies like mushrooms or sundried tomatoes.
