I’m Rollins College Alumni with a useless English degree. And by useless I mean bestest.

I’m a Boriqua, which means I hail from the island of Puerto Rico. I speak lousy spanish.

I buy a lot of books and then I take forever to read them. I watch foreign cinema especially Asian films (i.e. Oldboy, Versus, Azumi, Samurai Fiction, Battle Royale, Suicide Club). I have crippling vices for shopping, cell phone charms from Japan, stationary and yarn. I enjoy doing crafts such as paper art and knitting although I am notoriously slow at completing any given project. I love to swap and write letters. I’m a better baker than a cook.

I’ve been in a steady relationship for 5 years with my boyfriend and I guess I kinda like him. We first met in a computer lab at the community college where we worked. He sort of insinuated he was into me and then he made me email him my phone number. Romantic? You have no idea.
