Absolutely delicious cookies (and so easy to make) but probably not the healthiest weekend snack. I’ve already had 3!

The white icing is totally store bought Betty Crocker’s. I simply didn’t have the time or the arm strength to make a fresh batch of icing, especially since I was in a rush to ice the cupcakes and haul them to Joann for the 3rd Wilton Cake decorating class.
